How quickly do we ship your order?

At Alfie & Molly's Dog Bakery we aim to ship as quick as possible but sometimes orders may take up to 5 days - however if you require the order for a specific date please let us know.  Please note that we do not work Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. 


Our Postage & Packaging Rates

Our products are sent via Royal Mail or courier. We only charge the costs to cover the postage and packaging we use to ensure your dog biscuits & treats arrive as quickly as possible.  We make no profit on our delivery costs.  Large orders may be split.

Up to 4 packs of treats (First Class)

  • Royal Mail (First Class) £3.95
  • Royal Mail (Second Class) £3.65

Up to 9 packs of treats

  • Royal Mail (First Class) £6.50
  • Royal Mail (Second Class) £3.65

Up to 15 packs of treats

  • Courier £8.95

Over £45 

  • Free P&P

 

Our Packaging

We pack all our treats and biscuits in rigid postal mailing boxes so that your order arrives in one piece and minimises any potential damage during transit.  Our postal boxes can be recycled.

 

Exchange/Returns Policy

 

If for any reason, you are not happy with any of our products and would like to exchange or refund an item, please let us know by email as soon as possible with your order number and reason for exchange/return.

 

Most goods except the gourmet mini muffins may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt provided they are in their original packaging and in an unused condition.  If you return goods to us we will only refund the costs of the goods, we will not refund the costs of postage.  Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

 

Alfie & Molly's Dog Bakery will not provide any refund until the goods have been received at our business address in a resaleable condition. You should obtain and complete a ‘certificate of postage’ from stamped by the Royal Mail before returning the goods. Ideally you should return the goods by Royal Mail ‘Sign For’ service; this will enable the same to be tracked. Alfie & Molly's Dog Bakery does not accept liability for goods lost in transit back to our business address.

 

You Have Received The Wrong Item Or It Is Damaged

 

In the unfortunate event that the item you have received does not match the description given when you placed your order or is damaged, please follow the procedure for returns.
Money will be refunded via your payment method within 30 days.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please also note that seasonal goods and personalised goods are not returnable.
Please note all goods returned MUST be unused, in their original packaging and be in saleable condition.
