Shopping

I have tried to order items but they keep jumping out of my basket. Please register before ordering, this will ensure that your products stay firmly put!

I have tried to add items to my basket, but it is still empty. In order to use the shopping basket you must make sure that your Internet browser has cookies enabled. Go to your Internet Options settings in your browser, enable cookies and try again.

Can I place an order over the phone? Yes, please call our Head Office on 01761 438888 Monday-Friday 09.00hs-17.00hs. Our friendly Sales team will be happy to take your order.


Payment

What payment cards are accepted by Alfie & Molly? We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit/Electron, Maestro/Switch and Solo cards.

When will payment be taken from my account? When you reach the final billing stage and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account. If the payment is authorised you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order.

I have a Special Discount Code, how do I redeem it? Simply enter your Special Discount code at the check out. Your order will be credited with the amount due. You will then need to enter your payment Card details to complete your order but this will not be processed unless the transaction requires additional payment. If you experience problems with your Voucher Code, please contact us.

Can I change my Order? If your order status is 'Awaiting Dispatch' then it may be possible to amend it, please call for assistance 01761 438888.

Can I cancel my Order? In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period. If you decide to exercise your consumer rights you will be liable for the cost of the postage to return your goods to the Company. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the Company unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Are there any countries that Alfie & Molly does not ship to? We only ship to the UK as all our products are freshly baked and packed to order.

When will I receive my order? We aim to get your shipped to you within a day of receiving it but we do not post on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays, if you have a specific date please let us know when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How will my order be delivered? Our normal delivery is via Royal Mail or courier service.
